CNB Polygraph Services was established in 2006 by Cathleen Boettger, a retired law enforcement professional, in Roseville California to serve the needs of Northern California employers, litigators and private citizens when the truth must be proven.

CNB Polygraph provides specialized services for:

Pre-Employment Screening – Available for Law Enforcement and Fire Service Agencies for comprehensive pre-employment screening.

Criminal Testing - Available for public defenders and attorneys throughout the region.

Private Sector Testing – Available under the restrictions and limitations of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988(EPPA).

Private Citizen Testing – Available to all persons not involved in legal or criminal justice system matters. I.E: (infidelity matters and personal matters in need of truth verification).

Civil Litigation – Available services to attorneys handling these types of cases.

Testing Services – The office of CNB Polygraph Services is located in Roseville, California. Off site testing is available throughout the greater Sacramento area, Northern California and beyond.

Cathleen Boettger has 19 years of law enforcement experience, and was trained as a forensic psycho-physiologist by the Backster School of Lie Detection. After years of on the job training and experience, is highly skilled in interview and interrogation techniques.
